3.6 Mesoc may verify account information as needed for security, compliance or operations, and may, where reasonable, restrict, suspend or terminate abnormal accounts.
4. Wallet Login and Blockchain Features
4.1 Wallet login is mainly used for identity verification, account linking or access to specific features.
4.2 Mesoc will never ask you for your wallet private key, seed phrase, key file, password or any other information that can directly control your wallet assets.
4.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet private key, seed phrase, wallet device and related credentials, and for carefully checking the address, amount, permissions and transaction details before signing, authorizing or transacting.

4.6 The wallet, blockchain and other Web3 features provided by Mesoc are technical or informational services only. They do not constitute investment, trading, financial, legal or tax advice, nor any guarantee of returns, appreciation or liquidity.
4.7 Once a blockchain transaction is submitted, confirmed or recorded, it generally cannot be reversed, modified or recovered. Before signing or initiating a transaction, you must verify the wallet address, amount, network, permissions, smart contract and other transaction details yourself.
4.8 Smart contracts, blockchain protocols, wallets, oracles, cross-chain bridges and related technologies may contain code vulnerabilities, logic errors, or be subject to attacks, suspensions, upgrades, forks or other risks. 6.4 User Content license: to provide, operate, maintain and improve the Mesoc services, you grant Mesoc a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license allowing Mesoc, its affiliates and its service providers to store, copy, process, transmit, convert the format of, display and distribute your User Content to the extent necessary to provide the relevant services.
This license is limited to enabling communication, content publishing, groups, live streaming, storage, sync, security and related services, and does not mean that Mesoc acquires ownership of your User Content. Unless you give separate authorization or the law provides otherwise, Mesoc will not use your User Content for advertising, sale or other commercial purposes unrelated to providing the Mesoc services.
6.5 Private chat content is, in principle, accessible only to the participants in the conversation. Please note that content you send may be viewed, screenshotted, recorded, copied, saved or further spread by recipients.
6.6 Content in groups, live streams and other public areas may be viewed, saved, copied or spread by other users within the relevant scope. You should be careful about posting personal information and sensitive content according to who can see it.
6.7 You must ensure that the User Content you post or send does not violate laws and regulations, these Terms or third-party rights. Mesoc is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, legality or suitability of User Content.

9. Content Filtering, Reporting, Blocking and 24-Hour Response
9.1 Content filtering. Mesoc provides methods for filtering objectionable content, including but not limited to automated security detection and technical analysis, keyword or other rule-based filtering, manual review, and restricting the display of, blocking or deleting content confirmed to be in violation, in order to reduce the posting and further spread of objectionable content.
9.2 Reporting. Mesoc provides a reporting (flag) feature. Through the means provided in the app, you may report User Content or user accounts that you believe violate these Terms, applicable law or third-party rights, and you may state the reason for your report.

- That user's content will immediately be removed from, or no longer shown in, your feed, conversation list or related views;
- The block will be reported to Mesoc (the developer/operator) so that the related objectionable content or abusive conduct can be reviewed and handled.
9.4 24-hour response obligation. Mesoc will act within 24 hours of receiving a report of objectionable content: it will review the reported content, remove content confirmed to be objectionable, and take necessary measures against the user who provided the violating content, including restricting features, suspending the account or permanently banning (ejecting) that user.
9.5 Mesoc may also proactively take action on relevant content and accounts based on automated security detection, technical analysis, legal requirements or other reasonable grounds, without needing a user report as the sole prerequisite.
9.6 If Mesoc has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, related rules or applicable law, it will take one or more of the following measures:
- Restricting, blocking or deleting the related content;
- Restricting chat, group or live streaming features;

- Retaining necessary records and providing them to competent authorities as required by law;
- Taking other reasonable measures to prevent further harm.
9.7 The specific measures will be determined according to the nature and severity of the violation, its scope of impact, the reports received and applicable law. For confirmed objectionable content and abusive users, Mesoc will carry out removal and bans in accordance with the zero-tolerance policy.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 The intellectual property rights in Mesoc and its related software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, images, code and other content belong to Mesoc or the relevant rights holders.
10.2 Without the written permission of the rights holder, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or otherwise use such content.
10.3 “Mesoc” and related trademarks, logos and domain names must not be used in any way that may cause confusion or mistaken belief, or imply authorization by Mesoc.
11. Third-Party Services and Third-Party Content
11.1 Mesoc may provide entry points, links or integrations to third-party services or third-party content.
11.2 Third-party services and content are provided independently by the relevant third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
